1.Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
*Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.   

*Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a refund request.

2.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at sritorananaturals@degavathfoods.com with:
*Order details
*Clear images of the damaged/incorrect product

3.Refund Process
*Once we verify the issue, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
*Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4.Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
